Local airconditioning service and Hydrokleen provider A-ConKleen is looking to expand its team in light of growing demand and clientship, having serviced over 5,500 units upon reaching its second year of operations.

Having been in operation since 2019, the company specialises in cleaning and sanitising home air conditioning units by using the award-winning Australian Standard Aircond Service, Hydrokleen.

“We have a little over 2,000 customers coming to our second year of establishment. Alhamdulilah, a lot of them are still using our service, which we are more than grateful for and that shows the quality of our service,” said the A-ConKleen Assistant Manager and Marketing Officer, Shafiqah Hj Sahrani.

She added that as of 1st January 2021, the company has hydrokleened over 5,500 units since they were established and due to this A-ConKleen has had to expand their operations; extending frequency of their services as well as their operating hours to meet the rising demand.

“We have grown within the years as then we only hydrokleen from 9am to 5pm and 3.30pm being the last slot. With only two teams (each consisting of two individuals), on average we can only hydrokleen seven to ten units in one day,” she explained.

“Now with four teams working alternately and extending our operation hours from 9 am to 8 pm and 6.30pm or 7pm being the last slot, we can hydrokleen twice the amount which is 16 to 22 units,” continued Shafiqah.

With the company experiencing an upwards trajectory, A-ConKleen has made its objective this year to “get known in the business world”, she said, hoping to expand their clientele to include businesses as well as participate in any tenders.

“InsyaAllah, we will be adding more teams at the soonest so we can hydrokleen more units but there will be more additions in the near future due to the increasing demand for hydrokleening,” she went on to say.

To commemorate the company’s second anniversary, A-ConKleen is offering a 20 per cent off of their service for loyal customers, meaning those who have used the hydrokleen service previously.

Meanwhile, for new customers who are interested in the hydrokleen service, a 10 per cent off will be provided in conjunction with the company’s second anniversary.

“Without (our customers’) support, we would not be where we are right now,” she said.
