The Embassy of Japan to Brunei is now accepting applications for its Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), which is slated to be held on a December 2 at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s (UBD) Language Centre.
Introduced in Brunei since 2008, the test serves as an accrediting mean to evaluate and certify the proficiency of Japanese language spoken by non-native speakers, having five levels altogether ranked accordingly to its difficulties.
In line with this, the test guide and the test application form is available for pickup at the embassy’s Culture and Education Section. The test guide can be picked up for $5, and the test fee is capped at $30 for each levels.
Members of the public who are interested to take the test must submit their applications no later than Friday, September 7. Further information can be found at the JLPT website at https://jlpt.jp/e/index.html.
