Boustead, the sole distributor of Nissan vehicles in Brunei has implemented precautionary measures in light of the COVID-19 outbreak by introducing a new business platform called the Nissan Safety Solution.
Under this programme, the dedicated Nissan Sales Team will bring an improved Nissan experience to their potential customers through a safe and secure method, ‘contactless delivery’.
“All they have to do is select the Nissan models they wish to drive and they will be able to experience it right at the convenience of their doorstep with assistance from Nissan’s sales executives,” read a statement.
When an appointment has been made online, an assigned sales executive will bring over the chosen vehicle to the customer’s residence along with a hygiene kit for precautionary measures including disinfecting frequently touched points.
Safety procedures are also carried out for walk-in customers who wish to view vehicles or service their cars at the respective Nissan showrooms in Beribi and Kuala Belait.
This includes a temperature check to detect any symptoms and providing hand sanitizers at the reception counter.
During this period, Nissan Brunei staff will constantly have masks on and practice frequent hand sanitizing and washing.
As the company also practices social distancing, clients will be greeted verbally upon arrival and before proceeding with consultation services.
For car loan processes, customers can bring along relevant documents in advance to acquire bank approval.
Once the loan is approved, the car will be sanitised thoroughly before it’s delivered.
Nissan Brunei ensures that customer’s safety is their utmost priority.
