The restaurant updates their Instagram on the main dishes of day so you can have a browse of what is in store at your leisure, before you decide on a reservation.

There are two main focal points for the main dish buffets; at both the interior and the exterior of the restaurant however, outside is where the fun is as the hustle and bustle of the many vibrant live food stations fill the already colourful lantern-lit atmosphere.

A popular Thai snack, it is also known as crispy pancakes in English, and is built somewhat like a taco with sweet and salty fillings made up of coconut cream and egg yolks or shrimp powder.

If that is not your speed then indulge yourself at the Tepanyaki Grilled Seafood station, where local favourites such as crabs, prawns and scallops are in offered in abundance, with some less common selections such as bamboo clams and sting ray also available.
