With more than a decade of experience under his belt, Chef Yanagida shared his journey and mingled with the guests while serving them fresh quality tuna.

According to a statement from Excapade, it was the first time the restaurant has invited a Japanese guest chef to its eatery.

“It is an ongoing initiative to maintain and improve the authenticity of the Japanese food and to create more awareness to the public,” it said.
