BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

Fashion Valet is back with its pop-up store for the third time in Brunei, bringing exclusive fashion brands and accessories from its online store for sale at the Empire Hotel and Country Club until Saturday.

Five local fashion outlets including Baitaal Hijab, Mumtaz Collections, Rozai Hijab, Mukaku Cosmetics and Mudaser have also been brought into the pop-up event as part of the Malaysian e-commerce site’s partnership with Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD).

The event was held in view of the favourable reception received by both BIBD and Fashion Valet for the first pop-up event held at the same place last year.

Head of Retail Banking Hjh Nurul Akmar Hj Md Jaafar, shared that BIBD’s partnership with FashionValet goes beyond just a pop-up event, rather it is a means of providing a platform for local entrepreneurs to showcase their products and expand beyond the local market.

She added: “We hope to progress this program’s modules into a program that will help our local businesses to dream big and grow beyond our shores”.

The pop-up event is still open for the public today, from 10am to 10pm.  Throughout the event, BIBD debit and credit cardholders will be entitled to exclusive discounts and earn double BIBD Hadiah Points which can be used to pay for utilities, donations, air miles and many more.
