Fitness Zone (FZ) organised its first Mass Bootcamp last weekend for the New Me Transformation Challenge participants.

The hometown fitness bootcamp that was held at its branch in Kiulap attracted 80 people, kicking off the first of many events for the six-month competition.

The bootcamp was filled with cardio, fitness and calorie-burning activities around the clock.

Participants were divided into groups of four and each group is given 15 seconds to perform the given activity.

A participant of the event said that the bootcamp was intense but fun.

“I do not mind attending more of this, as it motivates me to eat up and workout early on a Sunday morning,” said another participant.

The gym previously conducted the first weigh-in for the participants and will have another weight check before the first elimination round from April 26 till 28 between 7am and 8pm.
