GHK Motors Group of Companies, the sole distributor of Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) in the sultanate, has taken steps into the future of its aftersales services with the launch of the new Jeep and Alfa Romeo Service Centre.

Located in a convenient location of the Industrial Beribi area, the new facility is designed to offer a one-stop service centre for Jeep and Alfa Romeo vehicles.

GHK Motors Group of Companies management said that the modern facility is fully dedicated to providing a more conducive environment, providing better service for their Jeep and Alfa Romeo owners.

The new facility is an extensive upgrade of the current facility and is able to provide the services to accommodate the increasing sophistication of the newer models.

In addition, the new centre will enable GHK Motors to deliver outstanding AfterSales Services to meet the expectation and the confidence of the Jeep and Alfa Romeo owners that their assets will be receiving the services in accordance with the standards and requirements.

“Since the first unit of Jeep Grand Cherokee was sold in 2006, the total Jeep and Alfa Romeo cars sold has exceeded 950 units,” said the management.

Adding that the Jeep and Alfa Romeo models are gaining popularity in Brunei which also formed several Jeep communities in the country.

“These are high-quality cars owned by discerning and proud owners who appreciate their cars and want the best care and services for the vehicles,” it added.

The centre is based on a total area of 7,082 sq ft and it has 10 servicing bays, workshops, diagnostic bay and spare parts centre

According to the auto dealer, the new service centre has the capacity to service 10 to 13 cars per day.

Inside, it not only focuses on the look and feels but it also emphasises the importance of customer care.

The facility also offers a comfortable customer lounge and a prayer room.

Along with this, the lounge has free WiFi, a massage chair, workstations, charge points and plenty of seating, all designed to enhance customers experience.

Moreover, GHK Motors has also invested in training and acquisition of specialised tools and equipment together with a sizable stock of genuine parts to ensure that all cars are well maintained and adhering to specified procedures.
