
Grand Motors, the exclusive distributor of KIA vehicles in Brunei, revamped its Kia Service Centre in its bid to enhance its clients’ after-sales experience.
The newly-renovated facility in Lambak Kanan is now spacious and has a more comfortable waiting lounge for customers.


Managing Director of Grand Motors Frankie Ho, in his welcoming remarks during the reopening of the service centre, shared the company’s commitment in improving all areas of its service operations, which has remained steadfast over the years.

“This same commitment is what drives us to keep up with the constantly rising expectations of our customers,” he said.
“Much like our new service identity – “Kia Promise to Care” – we promise to deliver great things for you. By rising to the challenge of delivering exceptional services and consistently producing a remarkable customer experience, we will further reinforce our commitment to provide you with convenience and peace-of-mind for all your aftersales needs,” Ho added.
The Kia Centre caters to all services, repairs and customers’ parts requirements.

After Sales Manager of Kia Motors Corporation JY Lee said that he has waited long for this moment.
“When I started at Kia regional office in Kuala Lumpur four years ago, we have planned to improve customers satisfaction.”
“Our top priority is to improve service capability in Brunei. It is a historic milestone for Grand Motors,” Lee said.
Also present at the service centre’s relaunch was Sales Manager of Kia Motors Corporation Joseph Choi, as well as Grand Motors Executive Directors Hj Shaiful Rizal Pehin Dato Dr Hj Ahmad and Pg Hj Abdul Qahar PSD Major General (Rtd) Pg Hj Ibnu Basit.
