It is often that we see university or college graduates land in jobs that do not match their interest and qualification.
Job mismatch is prevalent among our youth and community today. Some take up courses because they thought what they learn will get them a job while some were out of their parents’ interests.
Graduates may have the academic qualifications but are they industry ready?
Being industry ready, one needs to be exposed to the working world in order for them to understand the real deal.
