Mid Valley Shopping Centre is set to open its doors by end of the year, making it the latest multi-storey commercial complex in Brunei.

The shopping centre which is currently under construction in Sungai Orok is strategically located surrounding residential areas of Salambigar and Lambak Kanan, easily accessible via highway from Jalan Muara, and Lambak area.

Mid Valley offers a one-stop family-oriented shopping activity with emphasis on convenience such as amenities for infants and entertainment for young children, said its property management in a statement.

It is designed to give family-shoppers more priority with a slew of family-friendly products and services in Brunei.

With a total area of 87,000 square feet of retail space on both the ground and first floor; the shopping centre has twelve shop houses and twelve shop units on the ground floor, and another eight units of kiosks available.

“Furthermore, the area of the roofed-shop house has an open-air concept and design, so as to allow for events to be held all year round,” added Times Square Property Management.

Confirmed tenants of Mid Valley include a 20,000 square feet-branded supermarket on the ground floor and DIY occupying 10,000 square feet space on the first floor.

There are also franchises for F&B expected to come in to Mid Valley. Moreover, the first floor has fifteen shop units and fourteen kiosks for rent. There will also be a dedicated play area for children, coin-operated miniature amusement and arcades.

Mid Valley will also be organising attractive exhibitions, fun fair games and competitions all year round such as fun fair and bazaar, among others.
