Function rooms

Best suited for pocket meetings and intimate dinners, Mulia Hotel’s Mawar I, Mawar II, and Mawar III function rooms located at Level 2 will ensure that any occasion will become memorable.

Rental charges range from $500 for eight to nine hours usage, $350 for four hours usage, and $150 for one-hour usage.

Despite the reopening of Mulia Hotel’s meeting rooms after being closed since March due to the COVID-19 situation, curbing the further spread of the coronavirus and the safety of guests remains a top priority for the local hotel.

With this in mind, the meeting rooms will only operate at 30 percent of its guest capacity, with social and physical distancing measures in place following guidelines that have been set by the ministry of health (MoH).

Furthermore, complimentary rental charges in the form of meeting packages will be provided for those meeting the minimum number of persons stated in the offer, which as of now is the guest capacity recommended by the ministry.

For instance, the guest capacity for a banquet style event at Mawar I is 80 persons. Following COVID-19 preventative measures, the current guest capacity is reduced to 24 persons, and with this, the guests are automatically legible for Mulia Hotel’s meeting packages.

Meeting packages

Currently, there are two meeting packages; the full-day meeting package (eight to nine hours usage) and the half-day meeting package (four hours usage) priced at $48 and $38 per person respectively.

The packages will also include meal arrangements as well as other complementary equipment which include a flip chart, whiteboard with markers, a PA system, and a projector room cast (streaming media player) which is only available at Mawar I and Mawar II.
