Get your cravings fixed with the local favourite stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread Murtabak at Anjung Saujana Restaurant, Brunei International Airport.

The month-long promotion which will end on December 31 includes one choice of murtabak with two condiments and one side.

These mouth-watering delicacies are prepared by three chefs from India and Pakistan who specialize in making murtabak in various flavours.

Moreover, the set meals include savoury and sweet options from lamb, corned beef, sardine to sweet corn, banana, milo, roti tisu honey and roti boom.

“Roti tisu biasa, roti tisu milo and roti tisu honey are available from 2pm onwards and take up to 15 minutes to prepare,” said one of the chefs, Sajahan.

Meanwhile, the condiments include fish curry with vegetables, fish sambal, sardine semi gravy, chetty nadu chicken, and chicken white kurma.

Customers can choose the usual favourite sides vegetable dalcha, aloo ghobi, channa masala or try something new with the onion red pickle or tomato sweet pickle.

The dishes range from $8 to $11.50 and are available from 8am until 6pm daily.
