Royal Brunei Catering (RBC) has launched its latest promotion Oishi Salmon at Anjung Saujana Restaurant, showcasing its premiere ingredient; imported salmon from Pure Salmon.

The new offer features dishes ranging from $7 for the Salmon Yuki set to $24.50 for the Tempura Set, with the refreshing salmon taking centre stage in beautifully crafted presentations.

Moreover, guests can expect a firm, fatty texture with a delicate flavour profile, best showcased in the Shashimi set for just $12.50.

The salmon is also extensively integrated into the restaurant’s nigiri sushi of the Sashimi Moriawase set priced at $11.50.

It is Anjung Saujana’s first foray into Japanese cuisine and in addition to the imported ingredient, the restaurant has also called upon the skills of Chef Norafiq of KLCC’s Mat’s Kitchen Sushi & Pasta to bring out the best aspects of the salmon.

The Pure Salmon initiative also aims to offer a more economically sustainable alternative to wild-caught and sea-farmed salmon, as their catch is raised in land-based, indoor facilities worldwide, offering a guilt-free indulgence.

The promotional item is available while limited stocks last. For reservations, contact the restaurant at 2331853.
