Thinking of your next savoury Asian meal? Look no further! Roti Culture recently introduced two new dishes to its all-day menu – perfect for lunch and dinner.
The Batu Bersurat-based eatery’s latest additions Chef Noor’s Signature Lontong and Roti Culture Signature Green Curry are priced at $5.90 and $6.90, respectively.

Specially crafted by homegrown Chef Noor, the signature dishes are the personal favourites of the restaurant’s founder, Wu Chun, Brunei’s own international celebrity.
The Signature Lontong consists of compressed steam rice cakes that are cut into small cubes and drenched in rich coconut-milk vegetable curry stew.

This flavourful hearty meal is complemented with fish, tempe, carrots, hard-boiled egg and long beans – a festive combination of textures all in one bowl.
Meanwhile, for the signature green curry which is a well-known Thai dish is a must-try when you dine at Roti Culture.
The aromatic curry is simply enticing with its taste and creamy green gravy which you can opt to have with rice, noodle, bread or roti kosong.
Perhaps you might want to add $1.50 and try the curry with the roti kosong for an extra crispier taste.

For what’s inside the sweet and slightly spicy dish, you can find slices of Thai eggplant, potatoes and chicken cuts, topped with Thai basil leaf.
Furthermore, apart from the latest options, Roti Culture also features its long-standing favourites at the café such as Satay Mee Hoon, Roti Satay and Roti Beijing Roll, among others.
“We are so fortunate to have the new menu produced right on our doorstep and it is a pleasure to work with our chefs who came up with these wonderful creations,” he said, with hopes the dishes will be well-received by customers.

The eatery which was established in 2004 has been top-ranked as the Best Restaurant in Bandar Seri Begawan by Trip Advisor, the world’s largest travel platform.
