Mark your calendar food lovers as the annual Singapore Food Festival is making a comeback tomorrow!

Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC) is bringing in a specially curated menu of its popular fusion dishes that will complement the classic Singaporean flavours  at Anjung Saujana Restaurant.

Held in collaboration with Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore High Commission in Brunei Darussalam and RBC, the food festival is slated to take place from March 30 to April 11.

Throughout the festival, the restaurant will highligh the best of Singapore’s independent Halal culinary scene specially prepared by chefs from Singapore’s The Black Hole Group of restaurants.

The two week-long festival will feature an array of scrumptious Fusion Halal Singapore delicacies created from the finest ingredients and unique combination such as Ribena Wings, Tuna Tataki with Green Apple Panzu, Buttermilk Fried Stingray with Pecel, just to name a few.

Specialising in gourmet food and artisan coffee, The Black Hole Group is a parent company of a growing number of eclectic restaurant and café brands including The Mad Sailor, Tipo Pasta Bar and Working Title Burger Bar. Its various menus cover a range of delicacies from around the world.

Throughout the festival, the dinner buffet will be available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6.30pm to 9.30pm with prices at $32.90 for adults and $16.90 for children.

Whereas for the lunch buffet on Sunday, it is only $25.90 per adult and $13.90 for children.

Not only that, but diners will also stand a chance to win and two flights tickets to Singapore.
