Indera Motors recently opened its Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) state-of-the-art showroom dubbed ‘The Arch’ in Beribi.
The stunning 56,520 square feet facility incorporates the brand’s latest corporate identity combining high quality, attention to details, customer-centric and the latest technology for a meticulously curated experience.
On the outside, the dual-brand showroom is designed in the JLR’s signature colours of Sunshine Grey Metallic and Champagne Metallic with a large-scale frameless window glazing, giving the showroom a premium look to house the two prestigious marques.
The bright and spacious venue is built according to the new JLR showroom standards, designed to offer convenience and luxury to its customers, officially the largest JLR Arch in Southeast Asia.
It is fully dedicated to providing an inviting and premium atmosphere for both current and prospective customers who are passionate about the British brand and according to Indera Motors.
Once inside the swinging glass doors of the showroom, customers are greeted to a neat and modern space displaying 12 of the latest Jaguar Land Rover vehicles ranging from the handsome Jaguar F-Type to the latest Range Rover Evoque.
Not only does the new facility focus on the look and feel but it also emphasizes the importance of customer care so that customers can enjoy an enhanced premium experience.
The Arch has a customer lounge with an Italian coffee bar where customers can relax in a premium environment as well as two handover suites, a glass-fronted room painted in striking black that provides a bespoke personal experience where customers can see their car unveil, before driving off.
One of the highlights of the showroom is the personalisation area that offers exclusive paint, leather, wood and other interior and exterior trim samples that are designed to enable customers to specify their Jaguar Land Rover car.
The area also provides the latest technology making it blissfully easier for customers to imagine their ideal vehicle with just a touch of a screen.
Furthermore, the modern facility also includes a drive-in service reception, 12 lifters, 14 working bay, one inspection bay, a fully-air conditioned gearbox tester, 4-wheel brake tester, and two washing bay both wet and dry, among others.
Marketing Executive at Indera Motors Sam Badaruddin said that it is a part of the Arch implementation by Jaguar Land Rover Global whereby all dealerships globally will comply with the corporate identity of the brand.
According to Sam, all staff at the auto dealer received product training called the “Jaguar and Land Rover Excellence Training”, aimed to make them understand every component of the vehicle so as to provide the highest level of customer service.
