BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN

The Butra HeidelbergCement Brunei Championship (BHCBC) organising committee announced that renowned Thai golfer Kiradech Aphibarnrat will be back in the country to defend his title in match to be held at The Empire Hotel and Country Club from April 24-27.

Aphibarnrat is the first Thai player to take a spot as a Professional Golfing Association (PGA) Tour member, after earning the 49th position at the 83rd Masters Tournament at the World Golf Championships.

His participation in next week’s field will raise the level of competition at the Butra HeidelbergCement Brunei Championships, an Asian Development Tour event being held in Brunei for the second year, which will bring excitement and enthusiasm to the golfing public in and around Brunei Darussalam.
